You move into your beautiful new home straightaway and rent it, giving you time to decide to buy. If you choose to buy, you get up to your first 12 months’ rent towards your deposit.

LIFT Open Market Shared Equity Pilot
If you would like to buy a home at Harvesters Way but cannot afford to pay the full price for a house, LIFT could help.
The scheme is part of a range of initiatives by the Scottish Government and is administered by Link Homes. LIFT enables eligible applicants to pay for a majority stake in a property and Link will receive a grant from Communities Scotland to pay for the rest.
